Apulian cuisine is genuine, simple, varied, homemade, but also refined and therefore loved and appreciated all over the world.

Learn the secrets and curiosities of Apulian cuisine, Masseria Torrelonga offers a course during which the most famous traditional recipes are explained and revealed.

During the lessons, only local raw materials at 0 km are used to obtain genuine products and to better enjoy a characteristic and unique Apulian experience.

The Cooking Class will not only make you discover the authentic local recipes, but will put guests to the test, to create tasty typical dishes such as focaccia, taralli, panzerotti and the famous orecchiette.

The lessons, available by reservation, can be private or group and last 3 hours.
